    I have 2 missing pixels on my new TP. I called HP and they agreed to replace it. I'm just reluctant because I don't want a refurbished and even worse, I would hate for them to tell me they don't have any replacements until the end of October after I send it back. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I have read from other places that they send you a refurb and the replacement support has a different division than the retail one so you will probably get it back quick. Things could have changed though, best thing to do is call them.
