Yea, when googling the battery icon with the question mark, I didn't find anything at all regarding Touchpads, but found a ton of posts in reference to Pre phones. The answer seemed to always come down to the battery not being installed properly or a bad battery. HP is sending me a box to return it for servicing, however I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something maybe I was missing that could fix it without having to send it in.
