Flash player issue with subtitles

Flash player seems to be working great, but when I play videos from crunchyroll the video stutters a little when displaying and hiding subtitles. So there's basically 2 stutter points for every dialogue line. The video then speeds up to catch up to the audio. This gets a lot worse if there's a rapid change in subtitles since they're so close together and it gets to the point where it's very distracting.

I have an overclocked TP 1.5ghz.
Does anyone know why this happens?
And does anyone know a fix for it?
