Okay. I was kinda late to order.
I Ordered from the SMB site on Sunday 8/21/11 @ 1:30PM EST
Took me almost 2 hours to get to the payment page but it went through, and gave me an order/quote number.
Money was taken out of my account on Monday for the 32gb model.
I didnt get any emails until yesterday saying:

Therefore, order confirmation emails are still being processed. Be assured that your order has been captured. You should receive an automated order confirmation in the next 24-72 hours.

Well getting worried that there was no comfirmation/tracking number or anything I called this number [888-728-9985] and was on hold for about 90seconds. I gave the rep my order number and asked him if there was any information about it.
He said my order had been processed and it is scheduled to be shipped out on the 24th, which is tomorrow.
Big relief.
