I know I'm a day late with this, but did anyone else notice that the amount of advertising in the Sunday paper ads for the TouchPad has gone down after its "real release" on the 17th? I only saw that TouchPad in two ads (Staples and Radio Shack, I believe), both of them mentioned the 32GB version for $599, with no mention of the $499 16GB option.

Staples Ad:

I don't know about you, but if I were an average consumer looking for a tablet at Staples, and had the choice between a $499 32GB Xoom or the $599 32GB TouchPad, I'd most likely go with the Xoom.

Anyone else see this as a problem? Or do you think it's just because of a higher demand for the 16GB that they need to try and sell more 32GB's? I doubt it's that, when I went to best buy, they said they had 9 of each.
