I noticed something when playing with a TouchPad the other day.
When at the top of the launcher page make a "U" shape or "V" shape quickly and it will quick scroll to the bottom of the page.
You can Jump to Bottom of Launcher on the TouchPad, similar to what I found for 2.x.x devices just in the opposite direction(2.x.x devices is Jump to Top of Launcher).
