I have an issue(see link to post) and messaged HardBeatz like he asked.

I got a call and was walked through the process to get and send my LOG to the support folks who will foward it to the Engineers to handle the issue.

The one that called me was VERY helpful and I just wanted to express my thanks to them.

I think HP is devoted to clearing up any and all touchpad issues as soon as possible.

If more were to not just complain and get their issue info to the ones that count we should all be better off sooner rather than later.
