Well... I was happy and content with my Euro PrPrPré $3$ $in$ $2$.$2$.$0$, $but$ $I$ $forgot$ $to$ $disable$ $and$ $my$ $device$ $received$ $the$ $update$ $to$ $2$.$2$.$4$.

Since saturday, many reboots because the my carrier signal is very weak.

So... can I make only the modem firmware downgrade, or make the webOS update (after redoctor to 2.2.0) without change the modem firmware?

You can take the modem flash from the webOS 2.2.0 Dr, copy it to the USB, use novaterm to install the ipk, them use PalmModemUpdater to flash back...
