Because I came from a sprint pre, I was spoiled with the free google voice which I was able to send/receive texts on my computer (through gvoice but that's not the point). I was wondering if there is any app available where I could again send/receive texts (and calls would be a plus too) while my phone stays on the dock. I have a Verizon Pre3 if that makes any difference.

I think there was a homebrew app called voogle for it, but not sure as I don't have gvoice (in the uk)

But that's if you have Google voice, which I no longer have. Thanks anyways
