Has their been any update or success getting lexicomp to work with the pre3...

I am seriously contemplating getting one off eBay but as a physician I need a drug reference. I've gotten past epocrates and very used to lexicomp on my pre2.

Not having such a reference app on the pre3 would be a deal breaker.

Would something app tuckerbox allow lexicomp to work on the pre3?

I just installed the touchpad version on the Pre3 using tuckerbox, and I'm downloading databases right now. Will report back on level of success.

The pre2 version has never worked, it will not import the databases. The touchpad version works, but only in landscape mode, the panes don't show up in portrait. Too bad. I guess I have to live with PEPID.

Doh. That's a killer. Not sure how I can justify purchasing the device then other than to fulfill my desire to own a pre 3. It will have no practical use yet I want one.

I just can't believe how quickly the palm bandwagon fell apart in the medical community.
