I'm trying to setup hotsynch again after my "system administrator" at work (who knows very little about Windows) made changes to my system. He added a new user account as my primary account (where Outlook files reside). I use Outlook and am trying to synch, but get an error message right now saying that the Treo can't connect. When I go to check the customization in Hotsynch, I get the error message "There are no users in this database". So I tried to run "Outlook Conduit Install," but keep getting the following error: Setup Initialization Error: Setup has detected that unInstallShield is in use. Please close unInstallShield and restart setup. Error 432.

I've checked Windows TaskManager and can't find that program running.

Can anyone help??? I'm desperate.
