Just wanted to say I love their customer support team. I contacted the chat service to inform them that my Touchstone case's magnet broke and if I could get a new one, since I got it under 30 days ago when I bought my Pixi Plus. They said sure, did all the work, but a few days later I got two packages from Palm - two new Touchstone chargers. I contacted Palm again to inform them of the mistake and they ended up saying I could keep the chargers and they would be sending a new case! All of this for free. ;D

Better than the service I get with Verizon and (formerly) RIM.
