I got my treo pro back from palm after they replaced the housing. The first thing I noticed is that the wired headset only plays in one ear. I mentioned this to my certified phone technician friend and he asked if he could open it up and take a look. Not thinking I said yes.

I called palm and they said to send it in for a free fix. So GREAT! I have no warranty sticker over the screw now.

Do I send it in a cross my fingers?
