1. Release a hardware update with digital compass. This is what truly sets apart the iphone and Pre. Fire the person that decided $1.30 was to much.
2. Get in the China market. I don't care how, just do it.
3. Fire the marketing firm. Those ads are horrible, just admit it and move on. The Bell ads are 1000% better and are 1/1000th the cost.
4. Package the touchstone with the phone. Battery life is so poor you should have done this anyway. Develop a touchstone for home theaters with audio (and video if possible) out and sell that, you'll still laugh your way to the bank and the customer will actually have a charged phone.
