When I attempt to do an activesync on the cable, it looks like it is downloading my contacts (I have 4300) and then there is a message after the exchange server line. There are no contacts on the Treo 700W and the error message says "support code: 80072f17". I have tried this at least 10 times and tried it on my laptop and gotten the same message. I am using ACT! 6.0 and I have Companion Link installed as instructed. It looks and acts like it is downloading the data but either I cant see it on the Treo or this error code is telling me why it is not working but either way, I am cluless!

Any help?
