    Hi all,

I've done the searches and tried out two applications
that came up: Chime & Clocher. Both work ok I guess.

But is there any other program that provides the same
functionality without being "heavy" and gimmicky?

Hourly, half-hourly and quarter-hourly chimes would be
    just great.

"Chime" has everything I want. The problem is that it
also has a LOT more than what I want. Besides, I
suspect that it "interferes" with some other programs
in my Treo. A "Chime" lite version would be just great.

And I'm ruthless with programs that crash my Treo.

Look at the "Annoy your friends and associates" thread.

I'd like to add that the chime functionality has been given
rather stepmotherly treatment by clock developers.

You might have better luck posting this in the software forum.

    Good luck!
