I know how to delete my history and also how to delete my cookies and cache. But is there a way that I can look at my cookies and cache before I delete them?

This would be a great app for a developer to create. I get tired of deleting my cookies because a lot of them I need but the file gets so big that it takes forever for Blazer to load.

You can look at webCookies using FileZ (or any other file manager). The URL and other useful info is in plain text. You can even selectively delete the ones you don't want.
