I'm travelling to Montreal for the weekend, and I see that Cingular will charge me $.79/Min. How much does a prepaid in Canada cost? In Europe they sell like a Euro 15 chip and that's for the minutes, there's no set up charge. Here in the US it sucks, cause they charge you the whole setup fee. So I'm wondering if our northern neighbors also charge this whole setup charge? So, like how much would the cheapest prepaid package in Canada cost me?

    Thanks!!
