I noticed there was a few things broken in the mobile forum:

1.) The link in the title of a thread that is supposed to take you to the first "NEW" post only takes you to the top of the page where the first new post is, not to the actual post as it used to.

2.) The link in the title of a thread that is supposed to take you to the "LAST" post also only takes you to the top of the last page, not the actual last post as it used to.

3.) Whenever one is browsing the "NEW POSTS" and wants to go back to "DISCUSSION" the forum forgets who you are and asks you to log-in again.

I know running this forum is a big load for the few of you that are doing it but if you could address these issues I'm sure everyone who uses the mobile forum would appreciate it. Thanks for all your hard work.

1 and 2 might be Blazer issues. As I recall those both work fine in Xiino...

Number 3 seems to work fine for me..I think at one point it didn't but after logging in again on that page it continued to work...unless cookies are disabled

Yes, it is only not working on Blazer. It works fine with Xiino. I did a hard reset to see if it was my Blazer but no. Even in its virgin state, Blazer will not go to last post or newest post. Since Blazer is the default browser and most people use it, can it be fixed by the tc staff?

Have you tried clearing the cookies off your treo? That fixes some of my issues with Blazer.

As scottymono stated earlier, it could be a blazer issue. Do you have any other browser?

Well I tried it after a hard reset which I would imagine cleared all the cookies.

Technically, if you did a hard reset, you should only have the standard ROM based applications on your PDA, i.e.: no third party applications as well as your own data.

If you reset and see your third party apps or appointments, email data, phone no. then the hard reset did not work.

Clearing cookies can be done without the need of hard reset.

Are you using Treo 600 or 650?

That's precisely what I had. Only ROM based applications (no third party apps and no personal data, just like when I received it new)

I realize clearing cookies can be done without doing a hard reset but I did it to make sure nothing at all I installed was causing a problem. Indeed, Blazer in it's virgin state does not allow the mobile forum to work properly as stated above.
