What happened to the webos nation website? There have been no new articles for over a week?

No new stuff is happening. For the rest of the discussion you can read this topic: Whither webOS Nation?

and ONLY if, webOSnation is going to become an inactive site, unsupported by those who have done so up to now, but must move on for the sake of their career, practicality, they jumped ship, etc.,

then it would be really awesome if somehow this site could be converted to an archive, or knowledge base.

as in, archive all of the discussions, but also select out the final solutions, tips, and tricks from those discussions, and make it a one-stop knowledge base that's indexed.

once you filter out all of the trial-and-error dialog, there really are just a handful of basics that have, over time evolved to be the best solutions to common problems, best procedures, latest and last patches, etc. index them and call it a day; the site becomes a knowledge base for anyone still trying to work with a webOS phone.

as in, what's the best settings for uberkernel; or what's the best solution for bluetooth pairing issues; what's the best meta-doctor for making a Sprint FrankenPre; what's the most effective way to set up your google sync; etc. stuff like that you can separate the years of discussion, the superseded versions/methods, and boil it down to the last and best solutions to anything a potential Pre user would ever need.

because by now, there's final solutions to everything. why leave the site a quagmire of pages and pages of discussion posts, most obsolete as newer solutions presented themselves?

instead, the site would remain an efficient tool for anyone in the future who becomes interested in webOS.

Anyone notice that the webOS tab link at the top to Mobile Nations group of sites is GONE!?!?!?!?

They still have all the rest, but webOS is no longer an option, you have to type in the URL yourself. So if browsing rom AndriodCentral etc to webOSNation, you have to type it in....SAD

Nokia (red phone) --> Denso TouchPoint TP2200 --> Samsung SPH-N400 --> (Palm VII) --> Sanyo 5150 --> Palm Treo 650 --> Palm Pre --> Sprint FrankenPre 2 --> (HP TouchPad)/(HP Pre 3 - Wifi) --> Galaxy Nexus (with TS mod and hopes of Open webOS!)
