Default "Trending Now" and "Member Shoutouts" broken..

Seems to me like both are calculated by two separate servers, and one of the servers returns blank while the other continues to function...

Hey Remy X,

That's strange... it's working for me. Just in case, I'd suggest clearing your cache and cookies and restarting the browser.

Anyone else seeing this as being broken?

Looks like you only get the "good" servers.

It happens on both the computer and the Pre+, but only today. It's not a cooked process though, it's the server not responding in time, and the page gets rendered without those two lists.

Maybe just an overload, or the algorithm gets fed something that's not effectively handled.

And yes, it's intermittent and only appears 1/4th of the time...

Ahh, so it's not just me. I bet they kept some of the original forum scripts and mixed in some new code. Supposedly the new code is working while the original is glitching.

I haven't noticed this 'yet' either... but please let me know if this comes up again... and again.

I'm sure it won't be a problematic fix!

What browser are you using?

I'm running Mozilla Nightly x64 in Windows 8 Pro and have not seen that bug.
