As you've likely noticed we've overhauled our site design for the first time in a few years. The change also involved a complete overhaul of our back-end for the blog, should you notice anything not working properly, please let us know and we'll get right on fixing it.

As always, your comments and feedback are always welcome.

Great job Derek! But this Internet Explorer 8 (as ubiquitous as Windows XP, which doesn't have IE9 for it) has problems with these forum pages. See those "Accesory", "Store", "Tips", etc words floating over here?

Meanwhile, I switch to the "PreCentral Mobile 2011" style, which thankfully I can choose, at the botom of the page.

By the way, you should do a search'n'replace for "PreCentral", it still shows in some places.

Page Navigation on top a thread is not clickable on my Firefox 3.6.26 (yes i know it's old) but perhaps it is for others too.
    The bottom Navigation works though.

    So, a couple of issues.

As has already been mentioned, IE8 doesn't like the "Accessory, Stores ..." bit - and the colours need tweaking.

Also, under the old way, I could see if there were any new posts in forums because the logo at the side was brighter. That seems to have gone away and I have to go into the forum before I know if there is anything new.

My only complaint is that there is no longer any easy way to see which forums have new posts and which don't. :/

There's a lot of things that could cause this. I will investigate.

IE issues are being worked on (not by me), but should be resolved soon.

I actually like the bright color. Kind of refreshing and gives you a zing.

I noticed that when you mouse over "Forum", you no longer see "Today's Posts" anymore. That was useful and a different functionality than "New Posts".

I guess what I really want is a way to view all the threads in one page, much like we can view all emails from a bunch of different accounts in one inbox on our Pre/Touchpad

I'm using 3.6.26 at work too (due to some work software not liking the newer versions) and I haven't experienced any issues like you've noted.

i agree. It's too bright for me. Hurts my eyes Seems like they tried to make it a little grey but it's still makes me squint. Hate the orange though. i don't get it's not blue and white thought like the open webos logo.

There is no Open webOS logo yet. The logo we have is for the Enyo framework, which while related, is not the same thing.

That said, we'll be pushing an update to the bar, it'll turn gray once you're logged in (it already does this on the blog).

Display in Win7 IE9 is corrupt when viewing Forums. A column appears to float over the page with each of the following words on a separate line: Articles, Forums, Accessory, Store, Tips, Apps, Themes, About.

Too much wasted space at the top of the page.

I see. i sort of understand. Well I see i'm entering developer talk world so i'll just stop right there. Regardless HP is blue and white. So i'd have probably gone with that. Or the original Palm Pre was black and silver so i'd go black and silver but that's just me. To each his own. Thanks for the response. Keep up the good work.
