How about if you lock a release date rumor thread once it passes the OP's rumored date?

    I.E. tomorrow, March 15 etc?

    Just a thought.

Also I second the thought of combining the 700p rumor threads into 1.

I'd rather you just move all the rumor threads with dates on them into one thread. Easier to navigate, search, read and to make fun of the peeps after the dates pass.

When posting the latest "just talked to a sprint rep", or "im holding a 700p now" thread. It might be a good idea to make sure you make the date at least several weeks off, as it looks like any posts that are in the past run the risk of being locked.

Not if they just lock all the threads and ban all the posters.

No one will have a real, production, activated 700P before Palm announces it, so there's no point in telling us you do.
