Hi all,
I took several videos the other night of my nephews 3rd birthday party. I wanted to import the video files into Adobe Premier to edit them together in a non-linear fashion. Unfortunately Premier only imported the Audio. I tried importing into After Effects, which according to the help file, imports .mp4's, and again no luck just an unsupported file error. Has anyone had any luck trying to import video files from there pre into any editing program? Is the .mp4 files that the pre created wrapped in another container or using a codec I don't have? Any help or information would be great. Thanks in advance

Is there any specific program you can recommend? I use Handbreak to convert video to play on the pre, but other then that I have very little experience with video converting.
