The speed is probably an illusion. The phone is always a little faster after a reboot.

Hottest apps category - can't remember if this is new or not, but i can't get access to it,
to create a payment profile you have to input your palm profile password - the appstore seems to have crashed at this point -

We try to always squeeze some battery life improvements in updates. There has been some fixes that should allow for better battery life for a small percentage of users. Nothing major worth documenting in release notes though.

Not if you're on the mobile site, but thanks for your input!

I can confirm that it does appear to be a tad smoother due to the fact it is now getting rid of the 'garbage' so is utilising the cpu and ram a tad more efficiently.

rwhitby, what does all this mean?

i see there is an "officeadapter.ipk" and Luna references.... does this mean they have addressed some of these issues... as far as the officeadapter.ipk would this mean editing word, powerpoint capabilities???

can i have a little bit more explanation in what all this means?

True, they really need to get that fixed, or a watermark or tag-line that says, from P|C mobile

Big dissapointment in Poland. After 1.4.1 upgrade still no paid or free apps in App Catalog. "The action could not be completed. Try again later". It looks like "later" means "maybe next year". Palm gave me a bad tip. After upgrade, info was simple and clear: "Now you can download paid apps". Oh really..?

If you're not in an official country, you probably won't get the apps. This is because of the licensing agreements (Palm outsourced the app sales to another company only for certain EU countries and handles the other sales only for North America).
