Default FIX for those of you with "connection refused/no device" error / novacom

Many of you have had an issue, particularly under Windows 7 with "connection refused" or "no device found" errors when using WebOS Quick Install or when using the WebOS Repair utility. I've been having the frustrating error myself--it works very sporadically. I finally found the solution that works for me: DETACH ALL OTHER USB DEVICES whether they appear to be on the same USB bus or not. ONLY have your Pre attached as the sole USB device. As long as novacom is installed correctly, this should solve the issue for many of you who could find no other cause.

If you have a device called "RNDIS Ethernet Gadget" in device mgr, disable it. Reboot both phone and 'puter.
