On verizon my "multimedia" section is all blank, and when I put in a value and restart, its gone. Anybody dealt with this before?

Same. I get the feeling like this is geared more toward Sprint users, but I might be wrong. My phone did the same thing through. Everything blank.

I have no way on testing this on a verizon device as I am on Sprint...

This definitely worked on my pixi- earlier. gonna try it on my pre 2 now but sprint dosent want to give me the msl.

Just call until you get someone to play ball. I never had a problem or just got lucky. Tell them you want to tweak your data & need it to change EVDO towers to one closer to you. I can't see why they would have a problem. You are paying for the service.

Yha Ive gotten 2 times before by just saying I wanted to do a hard reset on the phone. But this time they're not budging. Im just trying to get a diff rep.
