Emails from Ebay Not Showing Up

I have a POP3 email account. My Palm Pre is not showing or receiving email notifications I get from Ebay. I can use webmail from my computer and see the email exists out on the POP3 server, but my Pre isn't downloading those messages for some reason. Any idea on how I get my ebay email on my Pre?
