since the upgrade i can now only receive calls using speaker phone......can anyone help???

After the infamous update. I can not see any of the folders on my Exchange or GMail email. Inbox, sent, ect...

is there any way to revert back to V1.1?

What's odd is I never used to hear the woosh sound when I flicked a card off, but now I do. It would appear that I can't turn that off if I want to also hear notifications. I would have to say boooo to that. I'd rather not have the woosh.

I am having a problem with IMAP mail account creation. Two days ago I added a new IMAP mail account. Still it says its waiting to update for the folder list. Which it indeed does not have, so I can only see the mail in the Inbox folder. This isnt so cool.

Using SSL if that makes a diff, but it shouldnt.

I apologize, I posted this in another thread before I realized it belonged here. Can the mod add this to the list? Thanks.

I'm having a weird problem with one of my email accounts that started after webOS 1.2. The email account consists of emails sent from bloomberg.net to Gmail which I access through IMAP on the Pre. I get the sender info and the subject but not the body of the email. The error message is "download of message body timed out. The system will retry soon." This problem just started happening in the last two days, so I suspect the update might be the culprit.

Further troubleshooting shows the problem with specific email also exists in an exchange account. It seems that it is a formatting issue with emails that have been forwarded from a specific account. It doesn't seem to be related to a specific mail client. The emails are in UTF-8 encoding, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. This used to work flawlessly. Thanks.

Thanks - I've checked my edit menu both when viewing multiple messaging conversations on my screen and within a specific conversation. It doesn't seem to matter. The attachment I posted is what I see when within a specific conversation. I don't see 'Copy All' in either case - only the option to 'Select All' which does nothing. Thanks for the suggestion to use Web OS Repair Utility. I think I'll try that. Thanks again.

Ever since update email was whiped clean - didn't think anything of it but any new email that comes in disappears from inbox and or sent items on its own.

try plugging your headphones in and out a couple times......it may be stuck in headset mode.....it worked for me....

I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this but whenever I try to install an application from the App Catalog the phone hangs for about 15 seconds before it finally displays the progress bar until it gets to the installation phase where it hangs for another 15 seconds or so. Anyone else get this issue?

This has come up in the past. Something about the jack causes it to think there is still a headset plugged in. Solutions: plug and unplug the headset multiple times, use canned air to blow into the jack to clear dust, open and app like pandora to play music and do the plug and unplug trick, are a few things I have read work.

Replace the swoosh sound file with a blank audio file. Then you will hear nothing when closing an app. I personally like the sound myself.

USB doesn't work after 1.2 update!
Actually, any time I plug in the USB my web connection on my PC is lost. As soon as I "remove hardware" it comes back. To clarify, I can charge, upload, etc., it just kills my internet connection. This started after the 1.2 update. Any ideas for me?? Is this yet another issue w/ the update or an issue w/ my lovely Vista that happened at the same time? Any input is appreciated.

Don't know if anyone else is having this UI problem but after dialing on the keypad, I get a faint overlaid latency of the numbers dialed in the lower bottom of the screen. I also noticed this when attempting to use the copy all in the text msgs. The copied text would display faintly in the lower bottom of the screen.

i have no app page, the launcher button only brings up search crap and sprint customer support doesnt know wahts up, how do i get my launcher back, i had preware and webos quickinstall and after i hooked it up to my computer to fix my tweaks it stoped working. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bluetooth doesn't seem to automatically disconnect when out of range anymore. I have a hands free set in my car, and when I leave, my pre still thinks it's connected to the hands free unit. As a result I can't hear the people I call and they can't hear me until I select audio-> normal.

Anyone else had this?

I am not sure if this is an ActiveSync issue or a webos issue. Whenever I reply to a message on my Pre, then I go to Outlook on my desktop, the message I replied to is marked as read but it does not show it as being replied to.

Hope that makes sense.

Is that an Activesync issue or am I just going crazy?

^I don't think it's an issue with the 1.20 update. WebOS had this issue from the beginning. Also happens with EAS.

When using Preware the first launch does not work, the circle just keeps spinning. I close it and restart preware and it works immediately.
