The problem with streams cutting out after 15 or 30 seconds is fixed. Now my sports channels on The Mobile Stream Center work. I'm happy.

I tried to uninstall some tweaks after doing the upgrade, such as hide NFL, which started to show after the upgrade and Preware can't undo the tweak now. Error 4.

So Palm undid the tweak.

So I will need to doctor my phone now just to get it back in a good clean way and then I can do all the tweaks again.

STOP!!!...you dont have to use webos doctor...there is a patch in preware (i forgot what it is called) but it uninstalls all your patches. Just install that patch, then you will be able to uninstall your other patches and install them again.......worked like a charm for me

I haven't seen anyone post this yet, but the clock app now supports a very nice fullscreen landscape mode.

I don't know if this was present before 1.2, but I've never noticed it before.

They seem to have fixed the bug in Navigation where if you drive out of a timezone your arrival time would remain estimated by the original timezone calculation. It now changes with the clock as long as you have Network time and Network time zone on. Small change but very helpful when you need to schedule things.

I have installed 1.2.1 on my GSM Pre.

Strange this comes in Sprint firmware and not the GSM firmware!!

At this point, you will see a full-screen "USB" symbol, instead of the normal small USB symbol over a picture of the Pre. DO NOT CONNECT THE PRE TO YOUR PC YET. Once the webOS Doctor asks you to plug in the Pre, take the USB cable out of the wall charger, and plug it into your USB port on the PC. The "Found New Hardware" wizard will run, installing "Novacom" drivers. After that completes, the "Next" button will light up in webOS Doctor, and allow you to finish repairing your device.

Hope this helps

So I had the same issue with my phone giving me nothing one morning when I woke up. I tried to turn it on to see why my alarm just stopped working and it would not power up. I tried everything and nothing would work.

Thank you for your post. All I had to do was follow the process until you said to plug into the computer. I got the huge USB symbol and then I pressed the power button which turned it back off. I was able to press the power button once and it came back on like nothing ever happened. Upon boot up it looks like it happened because there was no battery (as it now shows 15% and charging). What would make the Pre run through a battery in the 6 hours I was asleep? I have been messing with all of the optware bootstrap stuff and messing with the swap threshold and /ftsab through Terminal and i was wondering if anyone kows if this could cause the issue? I kind of a newb so any help would be appreciated.
