Text Messaging -Unresponsive

ok i am a major texter on phones and just recently, something bad happened when i try to open a conversation, it just shows that i tapped it but it wont open and when the notification pops up for when i receive a message, i tap it and it opens the the conversation page but its completely blank (there isnt a place for me to write a message. that is also blank). please i hope someone on here can help. it would be greatly appreciated.

if you have any tweaks for messaging running you should try and uninstall them then try again?

i tried that and it didnt work. but i did save all my information to the computer, ran webosdoctor and once it was done, i restored the information to my phone and it is working perfectly. thanks for the help though
