Media playback causes crash and media deletion!
Trying to find an answer to this problem and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Twice in the last day, once during playback of an Amazon MP3 and once during playback of a video I manually put on my Pre, the media freezes, skips for about 10 seconds, and resets the device. Afterwards, there is NO MEDIA on the Pre...no pics, videos, music, wallpapers, or ringtones. All gone! However, upon doing a USB drive connection to any computer, the factory wallpapers and ringtones magically reappear! Crazy! Any ideas?
