How do you forward a text message? Anyone?

correct, not yet possible. Nor is it possible yet to copy a text from someone else, which some of us kinda found out earlier.

True. Screenshots sort of fill the gap, but copy/paste of uneditable text would be nice.

In the meantime, you can take a screenshot of a text someone has sent you, and email or MMS that to whomever you want to forward it to.

Or how about using cut and paste? The Pre -does- have cut and paste, does it not?

Not for non-editable text fields, such as those found on a received text.

only "editable" text, which doesn't include text messages.

Not saying it's an ideal solution, but ... 5 mins? Come on, dude. Orange+Sym+P, grab the shot and email it. 30 seconds, tops.

Haha, I had someone send me something once (a while ago) with what he called 'iPhone cut-n-paste' which basically he wrote the message down on a cocktail napkin, took a photo of it, uploaded it to yfrog (or something) and sent the link.

GOD i wish they had this, Quite a annoyance as i have to use text fwd at least 2-4 times a day. Hopein for the next update to include it
