I unfortunately can't provide any information other than the issue still exists and is still within the realm of HP. It has been escalated to our team for resolution. I will also push for an update on the issue.

I was having an issue with my Pre3 not letting me have more than one active alarm at a time and also for the last few days it has failed to launch any PDK apps. I decided tonight would be a good time to doctor. Now I am unable to log into my account on my Pre3 to restore my data (or the website).

    I get the following error:

    "Data Not Restored

We were unable to restore your data. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

I have been trying for over an hour. >.<

Well, I took a chance and doctored my TouchPad... everything is reinstalling properly from my backup (which worked fine tonight too).

I appreciate your taking a risk and testing out restoring. I too am able to backup from my TouchPad but am unable to log into the online site to manage my profile and neither the 2.2.3 or 2.2.4 doctor is letting me restore my webOS profile on my Pre3.

I've tried about everything at this point and am going to have to switch to my non-webOS backup phone until I can get my Pre3 to log into my webOS profile.

Well.. until HBZ says they put the HP servers back on-line we won't have the ability to log into our profiles, unfortunately. Hopefully they get that fixed ASAP.

    Update #2 Friday 2:45 PST

We have been thoroughly investigating the issue and have not isolated the root cause of the issue, so the servers currently still remain down and users will still be unable to log into the user account on the web.

Personally I am off all weekend and will return to work on Tuesday, I would not expect the servers back up online until next week, but then again, I could be proved wrong.

As has been previously noted the issue was resolved Friday night and login servers should be functioning as normal now.

Please continue to report any on going issues to HP for further investigation.

I was able to login to the the online 'Palm Profile' account management page Saturday but since then it has been giving me the same user session expired message. I am still unable to login to restore my profile on my phone either.

Edit: I utilized the Palm Care live chat for the first time and they were able to do something on their end to fix my login issue.
