    Any way to reinstall novacom? Its sitting in recovery mode, doing nothing

    in the terminal it says: Warning: unable to connect to Novacomd -- is it running?

    Extract the doctor JAR file (you can use WinZip or WinRAR), there should be some setup files in there you can use. I don't have the path names handy right now...

    Creating the token entries in the castle.xml file is where you have the biggest chance for failure since you are entering so many characters. Make sure your tokens are correct. When I copied my tokens I copied and pasted them from novaterm to make sure they were 100% right. I did enter them manually into the castle.xml file but I went over them 3 times to make sure they were spot on.

    does my makefile need to look exactly like the one in the example, because the makefile on my computer has more options than the one in the example. Since they are commented out does that make them non existent anyway

    OK so the top left corner of my phone says sprint but it stops at 8 percent

    could this be my problem

    which of the bolded values is the correct way, I replace the "overwrite" section with the write codes. but would you need to do put "9 bytes" like in the token files? or just 9?

    <Val name="ProdSN" action="CAEM******" value="9 bytes"/>
    or
    <Val name="ProdSN" action="CAEM******" value="9"/>

    This is what it says in the terminal while running:
    WARNING: flashing failed, move to Token failed card
    err -1 "TOKEN MISMATCH: Failed to find match for Carrier information. Prevent user from flashing

    For the token reflash, are you using the Verizon doctor or Sprint doctor?

    The token lineitems should be written like so:
    <Val name="ProdSN" action="overwrite" value="caem**********"/>

    It looks like you changed the action from "overwrite" to the value in the file, and then changed the "value" to the length in bytes?

    UPDATE: So far, so GREAT!!! What a difference! The hard work paid off, so nice. Now I know how it SHOULD run. Smoother, sleeker, drool... +WARNING+ SR71 Test kernel was NOT COMPATIBLE and sent me to the Doctor 2 times in an row. Uberkernel is running nicely at this point. (AT&T Build)

    Loving the keyboard on the AT&T Pre Plus. Also having extra memory to spare is a beautiful thing.
