    Don't know if anyone else saw this, but my phone was initially 1 hour off (9:00 instead of 10) after the upgrade. I restarted the phone again and it corrected the problem. Outside of that, it seems a much more solid release.

    restart didn't work for me...im going to update to 1.4.1 tonight and see if i have any luck.

    you must have a stock pre with no apps or patches to get 21 cards running... i bet it was super laggy?

    i have 4 patches and 26 downloaded apps...the menu was slow but flicking through cards was actually fine

    Sorry if already mentioned. The Facebook Beta ver 1.1.4 seems to be working as advertised since the update. Sprint 1.4.1.1

    Also, when you close an app, the adjacent card snaps to center much more quickly.

    I spoke too soon. Hang them get started again by opening the phone and calendar applications. And I thought no longer need kernel patches. No way!

    +1. I noticed this right away -- a very noticeable change, and proof that Palm is dedicated to making the performance of the Pre equal to that of the iPhone 3GS.

    A few days back I almost threw my Pre across the room because it was lagging and complaining about too many cards open....now updated it and it is much better....so far....will have to test it a few more days to be sure.

    Thank you Palm, YouTube and Video interface finally working correctly! Thats worth a lot to me.. Seemed nuts to release the video, with a broken youtube upload interface. But its all good now..LOVE to vid/upload/share INSTANTLY!
