Here's your typical newbie problem. I sent my phone a photo of my uncle to use as his pic in Contacts (I was too lazy to attach the Pre to my laptop). The mail arrived, with a paper clip showing there was an attachment. When I tapped on the paper clip, all I did was open the actual email. The opened email did not show the paper clip or even the name of the file I'd sent. When I checked Help, it said to tap on the name of the attachment to download it, then tap on it again to open it. That's kind of hard to do if the name of the file doesn't show!

Can someone tell me how on earth to proceed from the moment I see there's an email with a paper clip in my in box? This isn't a gmail account, incidentally.
