    What's New?
Version 2.1: Now with 320 Tips and Tricks!
Version 2.0: Adds dozens of tutorial and video links.
Version 1.9: Add the Sweet 16 Tips for Improving Battery Life

Now with 320 Tips, Tricks, and Hidden Features in six pages:
    • Many features missing from the user guide have been found by other PreCentral users!
    • Tips range from using Email, Messaging, Phone, Calendar, and Camera, to the Web.
    • Diagrams are included to show where everything is.

This Tips and Trick thread summarizes ideas from the literally hundreds of threads on the PreCentral Forums to help you get the most from your Palm Pre.

Bookmark this thread in your Pre or Pixi for a constantly updated listing. Download the PDF file below to your computer for many more graphics, links, and diagrams.

Please share any tips you have in this thread but leave anything that could lockup the phone or cause serious problems to the developer forums.

Thank you to everyone who has posted. Because multiple users have posted the same tips, no individual credits are given. The credits are given to the entire PreCentral Forums. Hope that is OK.

While originally written for the Pre, these tips should work equally well with the Pixi and future webOS phones.

    Saved to Pre.

    Very Nice.

A nice little .pdf of all the hacks would also be welcomed if you are still in a creative mood.

Page two: "Other Programs - Press the Launcher key in the bottom right corner of the screen or the Center Button"

You can also swipe up from the gesture area onto the screen to hide or show the launcher when cards are minimized.

I can't open it with my Pre either but others are saying they had no problem!

For those of you who saved it to your pre, what is the trick to saving a pdf from the internet to your pre? I have this same problem with all pdfs on the internet.
