please help: have folder:need zip?

I I have a folder that contains all the files with correct paths that i would like to use to make a theme. inside is /usr and /media... Theme builder seems like it would take a long time to do and when i try part of it I get error on build zip and it will not reopen.

Is there any easy way to build a theme like this?

or if i have a theme installed on pre+ 1.4.5 from prethemer can i extract it as ipk or zip theme? and then edit it
