[Touchpad] Glass Effect Suite

Development of this app/patch/theme has been halted, so this thread is no longer relevant. I'll be putting all my effort into cross-platform Enyo2 applications from now on. If you'd like to keep up with me and my latest work, you know where to find me.

It would be even nicer if you could add the "just type" screen.

Thanks! I'd love to port CarbonOS to the Touchpad. I wouldn't expect it any time soon tho...

Also, I'm not having much luck with Just Type.

I have just downloaded PreWare onto my TP but I don't see a category for themes, am I missing something? Sorry, first time I am using Preware.

click on top left on preware, go to manage feeds and turn on precentral-themes and prethemers

enice2 is correct. In Preware's App Menu, tap 'Manage Feeds'. Scroll down to Prethemer and turn it on. Go back to the main Preware screen and it should ask you if you want to update your feeds; Allow it to. You'll find this theme in Available Packages > Themes > Abstract. You can tap the button at the bottom of the screen to sort them by most recent. "Glass Effect Suite - Touchpad" should be pretty close to the top of the list.

So I got an error that a theme was already installed when I tried to install the glass effects (brand new no theme touchpad) and wouldn't you know it, the glass theme has been installed.

But now I can't un-install it because Preware doesn't think it's installed, and if I try to click on install again, it just errors out saying a theme is already installed.

Tell me I'm not going to have to doctor a week old device from trying to install 1 theme?

First I need to see if QuickInstall can take it off, but if not, I don't know what else to do.

I don't know if Jason has updated Emergency Patch Recovery for the Touchpad yet, but I would look for that in Preware and/or WOSQI, and check for a thread on it...
