Need help with my 2.1 Theme

I have been slowly theming my own device one image at a time and finally have been thinking of releasing it for others to use. I tried once to use theme builder to get the .zip and then upload it to Prethemer to get the .ipk file. But the .ipk file only seemed to change the files that were the same in 1.4.5. It seemed as if all the 2.1 images that were included in the .zip werent even there. Is there some sort of setting in theme builder or prethemer that lets it know what version of webos your theme is for?

If anyone can point me in the right direction for a detailed tutorial, that would help me too. Thanks
