Theme Request, white Launcher

Hi,
i was looking for a theme for the Palm Pixi, that only has the launcher wallpaper changed into white color.
I couldn't figure out how to create a theme myself, but i would be very happy if one of you could create theme like that.
Everything else is supposed to be as default, just the color of the launcher should be white.
