Iphone Icons + Alternative Glass effect Theme

Okay i was wondering if anyone could do this and make it one theme!

I had this done to my phone earlier. I had the Alternative Glass effect theme install on my phone and then i took all the Iphone icons and put them on my phone with internalz. It took awhile, but it was well worth it. It looked amazing !But now that i had to doctor my phone, i don't want to go through the whole process again and was wondering if someone could make this a LEGIT theme.
