Adding background image on the photo roll?

Hello everyone, first off yes I have done a search for this issue and didn't find one. So on th my problem, can someone help me on adding background image to photo roll. I learned how add to dial pad, messaging, email, contacts, but for some reason I can't find a way to add to photo roll. If there is a thread please direct me to it thanks.
