Remove Theme

Does anyone know how to fully clear out a theme without doing a full reset of the system? I changed the theme on my Pre Plus and then removed the theme and put a new on on it, but now I have half one theme and half of the old. The launcher screens and home have changed, but everything else is still the other theme.

I had a theme that did not totally get removed when uninstalled. I reinstalled the same theme again, then removed it again, did a luna restart and it was completely gone the second time.
