Theme Transparency Questions

Several questions...

1. Is there a way to make the photo dialer background transparent? I have a nice color but having it transparent would be awesome.

2. Is there a way to make the messanger background transparent?

3. Is there a way to make the "home screen" (with all the bookmarks) of the web browser transparent?

4. Is there a way to make the photo viewer background transparent?

Why not take a screenshot of the background and use it as the messenger app background? The eye can't tell the difference

I considered that before realizing that I do switch my background around every once in a while... Maybe just do different backgrounds that look like they're behind the glass...
