I've looked around for an answer but couldn't find any.
Sorry in advance if it has been answered.

i've installed a theme using preware. I then again installed another
theme over it, when I realized my mistake, it was too late.

Now i'm stuck with this theme, in Preware under "Installed packages"
the theme does not show up. I can't download another theme and i've
already run WebOS Repair Utility and nothing.

    Thanks

Have you tried using WebOsQi and setting it back to Default Theme?
You may have to try the older version of WebOSQi, like 2.96, but that has helped me get back to the default theme at times

2.96 will allow you to revert back to the original theme ... (it doesnt currently work in 3.14)
