Get a theme without icons

I really like some of the themes in the feed, and kudos on some of the definitely cool icons and stuff, but they usually blend so horribly with all the non-stock icons, imho.

Is there some way to get it to display the default icons instead of the developer's custom icons?

I have already tried using the theme builder utility, but not most theme makers don't post the editable file of their theme.

try my mac os x leopard themes one with a black dock and one with the regular dock. try any of my themes youll like them
