"themer" doesn't work?

I've done every step until I get to "click themer under tools" ... I do that and nothing happens... what am I doing wrong?

If you want to add a theme, I would suggest using Preware. With Preware installing and removing themes is quite easy.

I tried downloading Preware but it says it can't locate my device

Quick install did that to me at first, too. I just restarted my computer with the phone still plugged in, and when I opened back up it recognized my pre just fine.
