How do i download themes with preware

I've downloaded preware and whenever i access the app to look for the "Themes" section it's nowhere to be found. Did i download the wrong app or am i just not looking in the right place?

first go in to Manage Feeds and turn the theme feeds on. The default is for them to be off.
